How to find scores?
You type the name of the composer or the piece of music you are looking for in to the search engine in the upper left corner of this site. F ex you can write "BACH". Then you click on the Search button. Nissimo will then take you to the scores that are found. Remember you don’t have to write the whole name. F ex it is enough to write "beeth" to find Beethoven.

All foreign symbols are translated! If you f ex are looking for Beethovens "Für Elise" you therefor have to write "Fur Elise". All symbols are translated into one letter. That is: æ=a, ø=o, ö=o, æ=a, ä=a ...

If you want to look at all scores in Nissimos database you can type * in to the search engine. (But, remember that Nissimo score index is rapidly growing. Therefore we recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list, look in the upper right corner of this site.

If you want to se a review of scores arranged by composers, use the composers button on the left hand side.
Here you can find an advanced search page.

To print the scores you have found, you need a program called Acrobat Reader. This is already installed on most computers. If you don’t have it, you can download it for free.

Click here and follow the instructions to download Acrobat Reader. (Acrobat is delivered by a very reliable company, so you don’t have to be concerned for viruses.) You also will need Acrobat for other downloads from the internet.

Good luck!
